Founder Crystal Hammon's wanderlust has ushered her through three major career changes. (Hey, she's still married to the same guy after nearly 20 years.) Now in her fourth and final career (unless something better comes along), she focuses on one of the few things she's ever been really good at--organizing and executing special events and learning experiences that help other people celebrate or grow.
Crystal has earned money doing lots of different things--waitress, writer, saleswoman, and children's librarian, to name a few. While meandering through these professions (learning experiences), she acquired what the world calls credentials: a bachelor's in public relations at Indiana State University, a master's in library science at Indiana University, and an accreditation by the International Association of Business Communicators based on real-world experience in corporate communications. Next February she'll add another after completing a 200-hour program to certify yoga teachers. (No, she can't do a headstand.)
All of these pursuits have given her zero credibility, but come in very handy for making some people feel more stable than they probably are. She's a decent cook and a terrible but passionate golfer whose only earthly devotions are family, friends, and freedom from bondage. When she's not working on her business or helping children at the library, she keeps her self-employed-manufacturers-rep-husband organized (semi-organized?) and square with Uncle Sam. No pets, no plants, no children.
